Is March seriously over? Already? Talk about a busy month! Between taking on a new role at work, getting my new productivity system in place and trying to squeeze in some time for socializing I’m not surprised it completely flew by.

We’ve had some beautiful weather here in SF over the last month (minus one or two random rainy days, boo) and it’s really beginning to feel like spring! I can’t wait to share all of the new spring trends I’m dying over in April.

March was filled with a lot of adjusting and adapting to changes so I’m hoping April will feel less like a roller coaster and more like a cake walk.

I still found time to try out some new to die for products that I know you’ll love too. Here are my March Favorites:

Nicole Guerriero Glow Kit-Anastasia Beverly Hills

March Favorites 2017 March Favorites 2017 March Favorites 2017 March Favorites 2017

Everyone and their mother was losing their mind when they saw this gorgeous glow kit announced in the beginning of March. As soon as I saw the early release drop on the Sephora app I had it in my cart and on its way to me immediately. I’ve followed Nicole Guerriero for several years and have always loved her consistently great quality (her editing skills are fire), genuine opinions and sassy personality. Her collaboration with ABH was such a fun surprise but the fact that the palette is amazing was not. I would never expect less from either of them and was so in love swatching these amazing highlighters on my hand. They are stunning. My personal favorite is layering Forever Lit over Forever Young for a beautiful pink and silver effect. I’ve used these as shadows as well and love how you get amazing color pay off without the excessive fall out. If you’ve been holding out on this one, don’t.

Magnificent Metals Glitter & Glow Liquid Eye Shadow-Stila

March Favorites 2017 March Favorites 2017 March Favorites 2017

Clearly I was feeling the glitter hype in March. As soon as I saw these online I had to have them. Like I mentioned above, there’s nothing worse than glitter fall out. So a liquid option that stays in place and looks amazing is major win. These liquid shadows are long wearing so they’ll stay on all day and take you through to your evening plans too. They’re also so easy to apply and a great option if you want something easy but still glam. A swipe of them with a subtle transition color blended into the crease and you’re out the door. I picked up Violet Vixen, Smoky Storm and Diamond Dust. So far Smoky Storm is the one I’ve been gravitating towards the most but the other colors are just as gorgeous.

SKIN CARE FAVORITES

Out Of Trouble 10 Minute Mask To Rescue Problem Skin-Origins

March Favorites 2017 March Favorites 2017

I’ve been on a serious Origins kick lately and they’re slowly but surely becoming my all time favorite skin care line. The newest addition to my collection is this amazing white mask that has been instrumental in clearing up my break outs over the past month. It’s been a pretty stressful month so I’ve been seeing more break outs than usual. Thankfully this 10 minute mask has continued to save the day and has become a part of my weekly skin care routine. The mask soaks up excess oil and removes dead skin cells without over drying or irritating the skin. I love throwing this on once or twice a week after a long day at work. I sit back with a glass of wine and The Mindy Project and let it do its thing. I always wake up with my skin looking fresh, luminous and with minimized redness.

Acne Body Wash-Murad

March Favorites 2017 March Favorites 2017

Let’s get real for a second here; backne happens. Sorry, but it does. I wear a lot of sports bras and tight active wear to work which makes it hard for my skin to breathe. So sometimes I’ll break out on my back or my chest and I am not a fan. This forces me to wear more layers to cover it up, which only makes it worse. I have used the First Aid Beauty Charcoal Body Wash in the past and loved it but I think my skin may have gotten use to it because it wasn’t working anymore. I went into Sephora and was recommended this Murad one. I love that it doesn’t have an over-powering smell and that my skin feels so soft after using it. It’s a little pricey but honestly it’s worth it to me. After about a week of me using the wash my skin is completely clear and back to normal. Thank god, because a girl only owns so many turtlenecks.

Clarifying Body Spray-Murad

March Favorites 2017 March Favorites 2017

While I was picking up the wash in Sephora the associate there also recommended the Murad Clarifying Body Spray (I’m such an easy sell) and I was so desperate to clear up my skin that I took it and skipped to the register. This spray is medicated and not only helps clear your breakouts but also prevents new ones from happening. I use this after I get out of the shower and have used the wash. It has this cool 360 degree nozzle so it’s really easy to spray your back as well. Alright, I’m done grossing you out about my break outs now!

HAIR CARE FAVORITES

Whiskey Fix Styling Paste-Drybar

March Favorites 2017 March Favorites 2017

As a hardcore Drybar fan I’m always checking out their new products. I’m a pretty relaxed hair girl for the most part and usually just let it do its thing. However, I do usually curl it after I wash it so I have some sort of volume for the next four or so days I go without washing it. Those in between days tend to be pretty unpolished (messy buns are my fave) so when I saw this styling paste I knew I had to try it. I use it on my curls or even just my natural waves if I haven’t styled it at all. I take a small amount and rub it between my fingers to warm it up. Then I scrunch the bottoms of my hair and it adds so much texture, volume and definition. I love this product. It makes not trying that hard with your hair so much easier because you can actually walk out the door with voluminous, sexy texture without putting in all the work. If you have wavy or curly hair (or like to style it that way) then I definitely recommend picking this up.

FASHION FAVORITES

Butterly Moto Jacket-Nasty Gal

March Favorites 2017

I think we all know that your girl loves a good moto. Who doesn’t? They add the perfect amount of edge and cool vibes to any look. I have a ton of them but believe it or not I was still missing a basic black for my collection. If you know me then you know I can’t pass up a good hero piece. When I saw this jacket on Nasty Gal during their crazy super sale I knew I had to have it. It was between this one and a gold one but in the end I decided to make the responsible choice and just get both. I am obsessed with the gorgeous butterfly embroidery on the back of the jacket and get so may compliments on it every day. I love that from the from it has this great classic moto structure but when I turn around there’s a unique surprise. I’m sad to say they’re sold out but I’ll link some great embroidered options down below.

Katie Dean Jewelry

March Favorites 2017 March Favorites 2017

I was invited to this super fun blogger event a couple of weeks ago called Femme Fair and I got to meet so many amazing girls. There were several amazing bloggers there with their closets for us to shop, drinks and sweet treats. I loved it and had such a good time meeting new people and fan girling over some of my favorite SF bloggers. While I was there I was introduced to Katie Dean Jewelry and immediately fell in love with her beautiful dainty gold pieces. I love anything gold and delicate when it comes to jewelry so  this was right up my alley. I picked up a few to die for rings and an adorable necklace that I’ve been wearing every day. She has so many pretty pieces on her website that I know you’ll love. Go check it out!

BOOK FAVORITES

Capture Your Style by Aimee Song

March Favorites 2017

This is not a new book and I’ve had it on my bedside table for months. I’ve loved flipping through it to check out all of Aimee’s amazing pics (true definition of a #girlboss) but I’ve finally actually sat down and read the entire thing. I love how it’s such a useful guide that will teach you the ins and outs of taking Instagram worthy pics. I also love how it’s still personal and this awesome look into her life through both sides of the camera. If you’re a lover of fashion, blogging and Instagram then you’ll love this book. Plus it makes for a pretty coffee table book.
