Nothing better than a pop of mustard and denim, am I right? Yesterday was my birthday and as usual it was gloomy and overcast, as what is typical of a late October day, but never the less a lovely day! I pulled some of my favorite fall pieces out of my closet to create this leaves inspired look. I wore this super cute mustard crop turtleneck (get it here) that I featured in a previous post because I can’t get enough of it and I may or may not have forgotten that I’ve already featured it on the blog (whatever). I paired it with this fun denim skater skirt (similar here and here) that I am ALSO realizing is from a previous post and maybe I should just quit now because clearly I’m not cut out for this. I guess I’ll keep going:
To pull the look together I wore my well loved leopard print infinity scarf (similar here), navy blue tights, black booties and black studded belt. This burgundy bucket bag (get it here) is the perfect fall accessory and I do not let a day go by without taking it out the door with me. It carries so much!
Being the lazy girl that I am, I went with a simple sock bun because, well, I don’t do my hair. Even on my birthday (although I did put some effort in later in the night). Sigh.
